LJIS 8th Grade "White" team defeated Galveston Austin 14-7. Standout players on defense included defensive end Jayden Ibarra, defensive backs Cutter Rochelle, Trenton Whiddon , lineman Nathan Hall, & Arturo Luevano. Both touchdowns for Lake Jackson were on the ground; Preston Louks successfully kicked one PAT to bring the final score to 14 for the Panthers and 7 for the Eagles. Standout players, offensively for the Panthers: running backs Kasen Corn and Tre Grivette, quarterback Noah Phillips along with the entire offensive line, Connor Landry, Jase Bullard, Michael Lozano, Clayton Smith, Gabriel Rubio, Robert Bernal, Caden Winters, Elizar Rubion, Jaxon Herbst and Sam Cummings.
