The 7th grade Red team wrapped up their 2021 season with a resounding 39 - 0 victory over the Galveston Central Bearcats. Offensive linemen Colton Shank, Jonas Guajardo, Xavier Coulter, Kalem Trahan, Jackson Closs, David Rodriguez and Jace McPartland led the way for the 4 and 2 Panthers. Ki'Sun Lunford started off the scoring for Lake Jackson with a catch from Tyson Murphy from 25 yards out. Hunter Russell added the second score on a run from 5 yards out. Kaison Thomas then added two touchdowns on back to back carries or 67 and 63 yards each. Aiden Ojo added an extra point kick while Ezhy Guerrero added to the scoring with a 3 yard run. Roy Soliz finished off the scoring flurry for the Red team with a 47 yard scamper in the 4th quarter. The defense was led by Ralph Garcia, Nicholas Darthard, Ethan Henry, Anthony Ham, Brody Kelly, Kevin Jones .
