The 8th grade Lake Jackson Red Panthers defeated Friendswood by a score of 26-6. It was a complete team victory. The offensive line made up of Javaris Mack, Tristen Thompson, Rylan Smith-Yonts, Andrew Musquiz, and Don Johnson drove the ball down the field on 3 of our 4 scores. Gayland Strauther scored 2 rushing touchdowns, Julian Diaz scored on a rushing touchdown and QB Kaden Soliz threw a TD pass to Jackson De Atley. The defense allowed only one score on the night. They also forced 2 interceptions. Jaxson Zuniga had one interception that led to a score before halftime. Strauther had the other that gave the ball back to the offense to run out the clock. The Panthers are now 4-0 on the season.
