The 7th Grade Red played to a tie in a hard fought game with the Fairview Falcons 14 to 14 on Monday. The offense was led by the blocking of Rylan Smith-Yonts, Layton Kopycinski, Tristen Thompson, Issac Trevino, Brayden Scoggins and Parker Calhoun. Kaden Solis scored the first touchdown of the game for Lake Jackson. Jackson DeAtley sacked the Fairview quarterback for a safety early in the 4th quarter. Julian Diaz tossed a pass to Jaxon Zuniga for the final score of the game for the Red team. Other players performing well for Lake Jackson were Jayce McAllister, Gayland Strauther, Eastyn Dotson, Jonathan Bautista, Jayte Jones, Lando Wiley, Skyler Gordon, Aiden Joy, Corbin Krecji, Jacob Diaz, Glendale Woodard, Ryan Velez, Rafael Lopez, Chris Gomez and Donald Johnson. The Panthers finished the season with 2 and 4 and 1 record.
